What You Will Do:

  • Provide customer support via calls, emails, chats, and social media
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Identify and escalate complex technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution of requests
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product features
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Securely work with customers sensitive information
  • Maintain working knowledge of our clients products and services

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Dutch and English languages at advanced/C1 level
  • Experience in customer support
  • Technical background is a must
