Position Available

Clearwater is a leading global corporate finance house with 400+ M&A professionals working across 17 offices

in 10 countries in Europe.

The Dutch office was founded in 2001, and currently comprises 18 professionals, of which 4 partners. The team

is expanding rapidly and are therefore looking for new talents.

looking to add an M&A Analyst to the team for the Netherlands office.

You preferably have completed a relevant internship in M&A or adjacent industries (graduate positions), or you

have c. one year of relevant work experience.

At Clearwater, you will be working on the origination and execution of mid market M&A transactions (both

sell-side and buyside). From day one you will interact with private business owners, corporate executives, as

well as private equity investors on a regular basis.
