Logistics Support Agent (32 - 40 hours)

KPIs - Supply Planning - Generalist

What are you going to do?

The Logistics Support Agent is responsible for achieving and maintaining effective logistics operations for Supply Chain and suppliers all over the world. This role combines data integrity control, data analysis, KPI reporting, and the management of an efficient supply planning process for spare parts, accessories, and finished goods. Your key duties include preparing internal and external reports, reconciling stock discrepancies with Arjo and third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and maintaining data in the ERP system. You will ensure spare parts availability, monitor and update KPI targets, and react to changes as needed. You will create purchase and delivery orders based on set parameters, analyze order book reports, manage local master data settings, and improve item-level forecasts. Additionally you oversee inventory levels and control planning parameters.

You are part of the planning team and report directly to the Planning and Inventory Manager

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in the direction of Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar function
• Knowledge of MS Office
• General experience with ERP systems and Warehouse systems
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, punctuality, and a capacity for innovation and creativity.
• Team worker, independent, flexible, organized and result-driven.
