Role Description

As an Influencer Manager at Illuvium, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our influencer marketing strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing relationships with key influencers across various platforms to promote our games. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and community teams to ensure alignment with our overall marketing objectives, while continuously optimizing strategies based on performance metrics and industry trends.

About Illuvium

Illuvium is an independent game development studio based in the UAW. We develop blockchain-based games for the Illuvium DAO. We have developed a strong culture of independence with our team, preferring candidates who can articulate their vision and goals. We operate almost entirely remotely, so each team member designs their hours and work schedule. In the end, all that matters is the delivered product. We hire based on people’s abilities to adapt and change quickly, valuing underlying core abilities above specific skill sets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic influencer marketing plan to promote Illuviums games and brand.
  • Identify, recruit, and establish relationships with influencers across various platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram).
  • Manage and nurture relationships with influencers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to effectively promote Illuvium.
  • Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing and community teams to align influencer activities with broader marketing strategies and community initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns and partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain-based games and the gaming industry.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
