What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-day

We are looking for a Human Resources Trainee with a natural people focused mind set. You will be responsible for all the Employee Engagement activities in the hotel. Assisting with the onboarding, off boarding of team members and projects within the HR Department.

During this internship you will assisting the Recruiter in keeping the vacancy websites up to date, and be part of the recruitment process of new trainees. In addition, you will be joining the presentations, site inspections for schools and participating in recruitment events.

You will be part of the HR team and assist with all HR related topics, such as sick leave, turnover and trainings.

What we wish you will bring with you

• Availability for a period of least 20 weeks, 5 days a week;
• Excellent planning and organizational skills;
• An eye for detail and able to perform under pressure;
• Creative in writing new vacancies;
• Ability to work both in a team as well as independently;
• Excellent communication skills, in both writing and speaking, and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
