Responsibilities:

As the Activities Coordinator at La Cabana Beach Resort and Casino, youll play a multifaceted role in ensuring guest satisfaction and enjoyment. Responsibilities include maintaining proper attire and grooming standards, managing telephone calls, and acting as the Master of Ceremonies for various events.

Youll attentively execute scheduled activities, assist guests with inquiries. Additionally, youll organize birthday parties, uphold cleanliness in the Activities center, and manage important records.

Working closely with children to enhance their experience, youll oversee equipment and tools maintenance and handle special assignments as directed by the Activities Manager.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, flexible, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English, Spanish, and preferably other languages.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with activities-related software.
• Knowledgeable about local customs, festivities, and special events.
• Comfortable handling financial transactions and physical tasks.

Education/Experience:

• Experience working with children, with patience and understanding.
• Prior service-oriented industry experience preferred.
• EPI hotel sector certification and high school diploma required.
