Payroll Compliance Officer: A Key Role in Our Financial Operations Team

The Payroll Compliance Officer plays a pivotal role in managing sick leave, vacation, and payroll processes for all team members while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This position also supports the payroll department as needed and contributes to various reports within the People Department.

Core Responsibilities

As the Payroll Compliance Officer, you will be entrusted with the mission-critical task of maintaining our companys payroll compliance framework. Youll play a pivotal role working together with the payroll team and ensuring our practices not only meet but exceed industry standards.

• Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable local and national payroll regulations.
• Be part of the payroll and HR team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Leverage strategic thinking to optimize payroll operations, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with Implementation of solutions to payroll challenges, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for both employees and management.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external audits relating to payroll and HR.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing and resolving payroll-related inquiries with speed and accuracy.
