Information Security Manager NL

The Information Security Manager NL (ISM) is crucial for information security in Division NL, overseeing 4 Business Segments and support functions. The ISM ensures the security structure aligns with company standards, industry best practices, and strategic goals. Additionally, the ISM fosters an organization motivated to protect its information assets.

• Identify and address current and emerging information security risks and trends;
• Develop and implement security objectives and plans for Division NL, ensuring compliance and awareness;
• Manage business impact assessments and third-party security measures, aiming to preserve ISO27001 certification;
• Lead investigations of security incidents and report to divisional management and Group;
• Collaborate with stakeholders and train security champions to promote information security throughout NL.

The ISM will support Divisional management within NL in implementing and ensuring compliance with required policies. Reporting to the Director Security, the ISM will maintain direct lines of communication with segment directors, business management, and various functions. This position is based in the Netherlands and requires travel to BAM’s offices and sites.

• A salary between € 5.990,- and € 8.640,- gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience. This is based on a 40-hour working week and excludes 8% holiday pay;

We are looking for a candidate with strong functional competence, showcasing excellent breadth and depth in information security experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in managing, coaching, mentoring, and developing others.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in planning, implementing, monitoring, and improving information management systems;
• Positive self-starter with a proactive and ambitious attitude;
• In-depth understanding and practical experience in applying data protection and related legislation, standards, and codes of practice;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence change at all levels within the business;
• Proficient in scoping, applying, and utilizing information technology.
