What you’ll do:
- Forecasting: Support the marketing and sales team on forecasting activity and reporting on both departments trend to forecasts on a monthly basis
- Funnel Optimisation: Analyse the marketing and sales funnel, lead generation and conversion rates to sales
- Attribution: Analyse the uplift generated by marketing to sales activity and effectively attribute sales credit to each piece of the funnel
- Data Visualisation: Own and maintain sales and marketing dashboards
- Customer segmentation: Analyse customer and financial data to identify cohorts that present key business opportunities for sales and marketing
- Measurement: Support team in establishing clear measurement plans for testing and report out on test results.

What you’ll need:
- 3-5 years of marketing & sales analytics experience
- Proficiency in analysing complex datasets, extracting meaningful insights, and identifying patterns, trends and opportunities using statistical techniques and tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualisation software.
- Ability to analyse financial data, including revenue, costs, and profitability, and perform financial modelling and forecasting to support commercial decision-making.
- Understanding of marketing channels, their tracking and reporting and potential impact to a business.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, and analysis. Familiarity with other analytics tools such as Python, R, or MATLAB can be an added advantage.
- Ability to create accurate sales & marketing forecasts considering historical data, market trends, and seasonality.
- Clear understanding and experience working on cross-channel attribution models. Bonus points if you have experience developing custom models.
