In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead supply planning, inventory management, and resource management in the regional distribution center or local Sales organization. Each day, you will drive planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory and supply plan.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Electrification (EL) business area and the ELSB (Smart Building) division. The Netherlands. Main stakeholders are local product group manager and business office of our plant in Ede.
You will be mainly accountable for:

• Owning the site supply planning process.
• Providing visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the Sales and Operations Planning process.
• Running a short-term planning process or Sales & Operation Execution process, ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution.
• Supporting the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with business functions and Supply units (feeder factories).

• You have completed a supply chain related bachelor education.
• You have great analytic skills
• You have a strong affinity with supply chain
• You speak fluently Dutch and English
• You are result oriented, you take initiative and keep an overview of multiple activities.
• You are a team player who is used to tackling things systematically in order to successfully supply the plant.
• You are down to earth with a positive attitude and have excellent communication skills.
• You are willing to develop yourself further. Open to change.
