What are you going to do

As a Circle Member Real Estate at ING Business Banking, you are the commercial and expert specialist within your Circle when it comes to real estate lending and you advise Business Banking customers with real estate financing issues. From our office in Amsterdam, you and your Circle work closely with fellow circle members, support teams and other specialists. As a portfolio manager you have end-to-end responsibility for the entire chain. You ensure the best possible mix of the various financing options and are responsible for sound coordination between all relevant specialists from other ING departments/business units. You are also responsible for proactive credit management and you contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.

Your responsibilities and talent

You are a knowledgeable and analytical authority in the field of real estate lending. You also have the personality and commercial skills to interact directly with customers and prospects at various levels, properly assess their needs, and respond in the best way possible with your expertise. You work well in a team; either as a team member or as the portfolio manager. But you also excel when working independently, always going for gold.

Apart from that, you have:

• a HBO or university degree;

• knowledge or experience in the real estate sector is preferred;

• at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the real estate and/or banking industry;

• in-depth specialist knowledge of complex financing issues and business credit facilities;

• experience in structuring financing and writing credit proposals;

• sound (credit) analytical and numeric skills;

• an excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English.
