Job Description

The Home & Personal Care business (which also includes Fabric Care, Textile, and Industrial Applications) has demonstrated category-leading, sales and market share growth which is expected to continue across its core enzyme businesses. Additionally, new sustainability and innovation-focused technologies are expected to be launched within the HPC portfolio within the next 1-3 years that will drive substantial future growth for the business. The HPC business seeks a highly motivated, process-minded Global Product Manager to join its team and lead key aspects of the existing product line globally. The role will require close collaboration with the marketing segment leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the global product strategy & planning, implementation, management, and execution for all HPC products throughout the product life cycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams on projects to reduce product cost, release capacity, improve quality/safety and/or meet regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the margin development of the HPC portfolio and work with business and supply chain, to implement and execute product margin optimization plans.
• Engage with label programs and develop and oversee the product registration plan together with segment leaders and regulatory.
• Own HPC’s information platforms, data sources and manage sales collateral and data quality.
• Manage customer product-related requests, customer issues and lead the sampling program.
• Execute the target price strategy, in conjunction with market segment leaders.
• Working across multiple function within the business (R&D, Applications, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain/Operations) lead the product management strategy, planning and actions related to newly commercialized products for base enzyme business and new technology platforms.

Job Requirements

Essential:

• An academic degree in life-sciences or related field or marketing background with industry experience and over 5 years experience in product management or marketing
• Demonstrable track record of success within a global, matrix organization environment
• Excellent product management skills and strong sense of urgency
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
