Your role
The role of Sales Support is an essential part of the commercial team. You support the account managers, and you are involved in the whole sales process to make sure our challenging sales objectives are realized.
Some of the daily activities - Daily contact with our international customers via email and telephone.
- Ensuring the correct settlement of orders and invoices.
- Create sales presentation and other commercial content.
- Manage customer administration and onboard new customers.
- Ensure timely processing of prices and delivery times information.
- Flagging and solving any hurdles that jeopardize sales orders.
This role will report to the Sales Manager based in our office in Uitgeest.
Your profile - MBO or HBO education or work experience
- You are hands on, you keep an overview at all times, you are commercial, and you love to work with a positive attitude and have the ability to work in a fast-paced team player environment.
- You are quick in mastering new systems.
- You like fashion and the brands we work for
- We do ask to bring lots of energy and some humor.
- It helps if you are a bit crazy
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
