Do you put the victim first and you are fully in charge of the files you have in charge? Then go to work as a (senior) personal injury practitioner in the heart of Rotterdam.

Your working day consists of... You are part of the personal injury department where more than 70 colleagues are involved in the treatment of personal injuries. You are a real team player, feel responsible for the department result, help colleagues where necessary and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services. Everything you do focuses on the victims interest.

As an experienced claims handler, you deal with complex personal injury cases and death claims. You assess liability and are fully responsible for determining the strategy in a file. You have personal contact with the victim or the advocate. From your broad and in-depth expertise, you conduct negotiations. Given your extensive experience, you are able to understand and interpret financial and accounting figures and models. You are also able to make complex calculations on your own.

You are known as an experienced personal harm handler and an experienced negotiator. In addition, you are flexible in your approach. You are an enthusiastic personality and you can move well in another. You are good at planning and organizing and used to taking control. In doing so, you prefer pragmatism to principles. Furthermore, you want to continuously develop and learn from the feedback of our customers and your colleagues. Your motivation is to make a difference for the victim and in doing so you dare to stick your head above ground level. Finally, you like to contribute to projects.
