Communications Business Partner People Function:
Lead our People Function Communications team as a trusted advisor and Communications Business Partner to the People (Human Resources) Function.
Your role: Develop the People Function Communications strategy in support of the People Strategy, including the strategic narrative and messaging.
Act as a trusted advisor and Business Partner to the Chief People Officer for both internal and external communications.
Develop and lead the implementation of the People Function communications plan towards global audiences (employees and people leaders), integrating and connecting the work across various People function Centers of Excellence and working in partnership with the global employee communications team.
Develop and implement communications plans for key strategic projects in support of the People Strategy, i.e. culture implementation.
Develop and lead the implementation of the communications strategy and plan for the People Function in support of employee engagement and alignment to the People Strategy.
Lead the People Function communications team (2 direct reports).
Manage a diverse set of stakeholders at all levels.
Continuous improvement of communications activities based on data and insights.
Youre the right fit if: You have a Master’s degree, with at least 10 years of experience in internal communications (including HR Communications), culture transformation and employee engagement in an international matrixed / business environment.
Experience working in healthcare and / or technology industries is an advantage.
You demonstrate team management skills.
You have a strong track record of advising and influencing senior leaders and strong stakeholder management skills: engaging, aligning and managing expectations.
You are a strong content creator with excellent messaging, copywriting/editorial/speaker briefing skills as well as visual content creation and experience of using internal engagement platforms.
You have excellent English language oral and written skills and communication experience in an English-speaking business environment.
You have strong project management and organizational skills, are an experienced collaborator working with multiple parties and teams, including external agencies. You thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and are able to make complex content simple.
