Seniority Level: Entry level #Talent HR (People) Officer NL Supply We’re seeking a motivated People Officer to support the People strategy. Youll primarily work at the Dommelen brewery. As the People Officer, youll be the main point of contact for various operational topics within the teams. Your responsibilities will include HR data administration, recruitment, employee relations, and employee engagement. At AB InBev, dreaming big is what we do. • Assist in performance management processes (internal VPO method)
• Execute HR administrative processing in back-office and ensure compliance and accurate handling of HR admin processes
• Support the People Lifecycle within Supply NL
• Provide counseling to employees on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the hiring process
• Empower and up-skill managers and the whole team through training and inspiration
• Ensuring implementation of payroll and benefits administration
• Develop a strong network across the organization

Who we’re looking for:

• A Master’s degree or equivalent through experience, were also open for people with a different background or experience who are looking for a more people/social related position
• Structured, analytical, problem solving, attention to details, result driven, stress resistant
• Effective communication skills and organizational skills
• You have a passion to deliver a world class People experience and you love creativity and diversity of thought
• Fluent in Dutch and English, other European languages would be an asset
• Full-time availability
