We are searching a creative and energetic team member for our Beauty Tech Department who can help us build our newest line of business: the Mind Oasis. The Mind Oasis can be found in a selection of our stores, currently in Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, Frankfurt and Antwerp.

Are you passionate about design and skilled in both desktop publishing (DTP) and the creation of social media content? As a DTP team member with experience in social media content creation, you’ll bring both print and digital designs to life while also creating content for our dedicated Mind Oasis Instagram (organic and paid). This dual role requires someone who thrives on creativity, detail, and consumer faced communication, ensuring that our designs and online presence align with the Mind Oasis brand identity and latest global trends. Since Mind Oasis is such a young concept, there’s lots of room for trying out stuff and ask you to active bring up ideas.

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Design POS materials for our locations. This includes standard material such as a window sticker, our menu card as well as communication to push the Mind Oasis during relevant moments such as Valentines Day
• Create digital designs, such as videos to showcase the Mind Oasis concept and its benefits
• Format and layout content to ensure consistency with the brand’s visual identity.
• Create content for our Instagram channel (organic and paid), this includes tweaking existing content and also creating new social-savy content
• Align with all stakeholders within your team as well as other teams, and external design agencies
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery while maintaining attention to detail.

Bring all of you

• Proven experience in desktop publishing and social media content creation
• Affinity with the wellbeing/beauty tech industry and up to date in terms of the latest innovations and trends
• Your design DNA is perfectly in line with the high standards of the Rituals brand
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Photography and video editing skills for social, with a flair for creating compelling content
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
