Functieomschrijving
Als Procurement Lead Medical Products rapporteer je direct aan de Head of Procurement en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het hele inkooppakket gericht op medische diensten. Dit is een breed, uitdagend, en interessant portfolio waarin je veel vrijheid krijgt deze verder te ontwikkelen en professionaliseren. Dit is de perfect functie voor serieuze en zelfstandige inkoper die juist gedijd bij eigenaarschap en kansen ziet plus deze verzilvert.Een aantal kernverantwoordelijkheden binnen deze functie:
- Day-to-day inkoop-, contract- en leveranciersmanagement
- Interne en externe duurzame relaties opbouwen, identificeer de behoeften van de interne stakeholders
- Proactief markt trends volgen en hierop SLAs en Vendor- leverancierskeuzes afstemmen
- Opstellen inkoopplannen & strategieën voor de verschillende categorieën
- Door onderhandelingen de beste uitgangspositie voor het bedrijf creëren, o.a. prijs, service, leveringsbetrouwbaarheid.
- De huidige werkwijze en processen dagelijkse toetsen en verbeteren waar nodig
Profiel - 5+ jaar ervaring als ervaren inkoper, met aantoonbare successen
- Ervaring in en/of affiniteit met het verbeteren van inkoopprocessen en leveranciers
- Ervaring binnen Retail, Groothandel, en/of Medical Devices/Pharma is een sterke plus
- Sterke kennis van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal
- Woonachtig binnen reisafstand van Bussum
