Technician QC Service Team, GMP

Based on our proprietary and widely published Targeted Locus Amplification (TLA) technology platform, our solutions are considered as the gold standard for the genetic characterization and quality control of genetically engineered cell lines, immunotherapy products and animals. We routinely support all leading pharma, biotech and academia globally in the fields of genome editing, biopharmaceutical drug development, cell and gene therapy and genetically engineered (animal) models.

Currently, we are looking for a Technician QC Service Team, GMP to support our ambition to obtain GMP license.

You will be part of the QC Service Team, which currently consists of 12 members, and is responsible for processing all samples provided by our customers within a defined turnover time using our TLA technology, NGS and ddPCR, and in future more in-house developed techniques. The samples we receive originate from many different sources, making every project unique and challenging. To provide our customers with the highest quality data and results, we are currently working according to the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards, while being in the process of implementing GMP compliance. Within the team, we are working on continuous improvement according to LEAN Six Sigma.

Our QC Service Team Technicians run the lab. This includes the organization of the work, the execution of the assays that generate the data that are analyzed by Project Scientists and shared with our customers.

Requirements

• Enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team and contributing to the QC Service Team activities by processing customer samples in our lab.
• Enjoys working in a GMP compliant working environment.
• Has experience with equipment management, facility management and/or incoming goods inspection.
• Is a flexible team player, fluent in English and is self-driven.
• Is pragmatic, works very precisely and catches on quick.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, or equivalent.
• Experience in and knowledge of working in a GMP compliant environment.
• Experience in and knowledge of molecular biology techniques such as PCR, NGS and ddPCR.
