Job description
The role of Data Analyst - Digital, Assisted & Customer Interactions at ING presents a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact by leveraging data to enhance service and product offerings. Responsibilities include generating personalized customer interactions through smart analyses, identifying new data and analytics opportunities, and contributing to the maintenance of a fact-based culture within the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with proficiency in querying languages (e.g., SQL, SAS) and dashboarding tools (e.g., Cognos, PowerBI), coupled with a passion for delivering actionable insights and a strong commitment to collaboration and continuous learning.

Responsibilities
  • Generate personalized and relevant customer interactions through smart analyses.
  • Identify new data and analytics opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to maintaining and enhancing a fact-based culture within the organization.
  • Deliver actionable insights using web and app data to drive strategic decision-making.

What we offer
