As a UX Writer at this company, you will take charge of outcomes for one mature project, complex program, or emerging area. Ability to make design decisions that result in a coherent product, platform, or user experience, including the ability to question and assess execution, craft, longevity, and scale of designs. Your responsibilities will include:

What you will do?

• Defining scalable, user-centered approaches to solve challenging problems.
• Leading alignment efforts across teams or products to create cohesion.
• Designing products and delivering cohesive UX writing and content solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional peers to shape product strategy and design end-to-end user experiences.
• Using audits, research insights, and analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience.
• Defining scalable content frameworks or design systems to impact priorities and resource allocation.
• Building strong cross-functional working relationships and offering leadership and mentorship to grow UX talent.

As a UX writer, you will work with program managers, engineers, marketing department and the documentation team. Most of the team is based in Zurich, but your base is Amsterdam. It is required to work with the team in California, flexible working hours are required at least 1 evening per week. You are going to word on leading the content strategy.

The location of the office is based in Amsterdam and easily accessible by public transportation or bicycle.

Wat vragen wij?

Your skills:

• 4+ years’ experience in advertising and e-commerce experience.
• Ability to influence and inspire through storytelling with data.
• End to end product development is required.
• Capability to define, design, and create content-focused user experiences.
• Skill in contextual structuring and organizing information.
• Knowledge of product design principles and user-centric processes.
• Iteratively improve UX writing and content design based on UX testing and stakeholder input.
