Responsibilities:

• Leads, Defines and Drives the brand strategy and objectives based on comprehensive market and customer understanding.
• Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the Hematology brand in the Netherlands
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives
• Conduct market research to identify customer insights and trends, and translate them into actionable strategies
• Plays a significant role in revenue, budget, and resource planning within the Long-Range Financial Planning (LRFP) and Budget Planning (BP) processes. Responsible for the overall Tactical Plan and budget.
• Manage the brand budget and optimize marketing spend to achieve business objectives
• Establish and nurture strong connections with essential partners, such as healthcare professionals and external agencies.
• Analyze and monitor market performance, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Lead product launches and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and practices to foster innovation and stay competitive.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Capability to work well with diverse teams from different departments and positively impact decision-making processes.
• Ambitious and goal-oriented approach, with a strong emphasis on meeting objectives
