Full time Hotel receptionist for a small hotel in Amsterdam

Experience is not required

Dutch is not required

BSN number is required

Must live in Amsterdam

As a receptionist you will have a variety of tasks such as:

Check-in

Check-out

Handling payments

Handling reservations

Answering phone calls

Handling emails

Helping guests with questions/problems/complaints

Providing customer service

We are looking for a responsible person who is friendly, helpful, flexible and customer orientated.

Since the hotel is open 24/7 the shifts can be in the morning, evening and or night

Working hours morning 08:00 - 16:00

Working hours evening: 16:00 - 00:00

Working hours night: 00:00 - 08:00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €14,65 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
