De Voskamp Groep is een toonaangevende, landelijk opererende leverancier voor de bouw- en industriesector. Vanuit onze 12 groothandelsvestigingen leveren wij uit voorraad een zeer groot assortiment van ruim 60.000 artikelen op het gebied van o.a. ijzerwaren, gereedschappen, machines, hang- en sluitwerk, bevestigingsmaterialen, PBM en kleding. De gecertificeerde serviceafdeling repareert en onderhoud alle gerenommeerde merken hand-, elektrische-, pneumatische gereedschappen, -machines en veiligheidsproducten (valbeveiliging). Ter versterking van onze serviceafdeling in Almelo zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega voor de functie van: Medewerker Service Center
1fte Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
    Keuringen en reparaties uitvoeren, zowel intern als extern; Het beoordelen van aangeboden reparaties; Uitbrengen van offertes; Afgehandelde reparaties aanbieden voor verzending; Informatie invoeren over keuringen/reparaties in het ERP-systeem Navision; Keuringsresultaten invoeren in ons managementbeheersysteem Centix Web; Bijhouden en aanmaken van keuringsafspraken; Het verkopen van producten en/of diensten aan de balie of telefonisch; Diverse aanvullende (facilitaire) werkzaamheden.
Functie-eisen:
    Elektrotechnische opleiding c.q. ervaring (MBO niveau); Affiniteit met of aantoonbare interesse in techniek; Goede communicatieve eigenschappen; Zelfstandig kunnen functioneren; Een servicegerichte instelling en bereidheid tot scholing; Rijbewijs B (Rijbewijs E is een pré).
