Job Description:
What will you do? In our Servicedesk Team we currently have 2 vacancies for result driven and service orientated skilled servicedesk engineer. We’re looking for 1 medior and 1 senior engineers. In this role your goal is to resolve issues onsite or remotely, in collaboration with 2nd line support teams. You help educate our internal customers to prevent issues before they occur, and you are able to think outside the box. You have analytical skills and always look for opportunities to automate and improve services for your internal and external NIBC colleagues.
As our skilled servicedesk engineer:
- You assist our users with IT related issues (physically, by phone or via ticketing);
- You perform user and access management for hardware and applications;
- You identify, triage, and close or assign incidents;
- You can clearly communicate an appropriate course of action;
- You work with the team to process requests within defined SLA’s;
- You take ownership and escalate incidents to a higher level of support;
- You keep a watch on ticket quality;
- You analyze and watch for trends and create process improvements;
- You align with your Product Owner on initiatives for the roadmap (Senior);
- You coach and guide the servicedesk engineers (Senior);
- You are ITIL certified (Senior);
