Are you looking for an all-around internship in the field of Human Resources? At MR MARVIS we are looking for a passionate and determined Intern to join the People Team at our Amsterdam HQ.
Working together with our Head of People, People Operations Specialist and Talent Acquisition Manager, this internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR topics while contributing to the overall success of MR MARVIS.
During this internship, you will be exposed to a broad variety of people-related work. Learning more about the administrative as well as operational tasks that are required within the People department. Next to that, you will get exposure to the strategic side of HR. Since were a B-Corp, People is a big topic at MR MARVIS. Therefore, you will be supporting getting some great People Projects off the ground, helping us to become "Employer by Choice".About MR MARVIS

What youll do - Support the People team on the essentials HR operations and administration, among others the on-boarding process;
- Assisting with rolling out new initiatives to improve employee experience;
- Help with maintaining and further developing the employee handbook. This also means that we want to continue to comply with the B-Corp HR standards;
- Supporting the recruitment process: posting and promoting vacancies on our Careers site and external platforms. Assisting Hiring teams, coordinating interviews and keeping fluent communication with applicants. We will do this via our Application Tracking System (Homerun).
What youll bring - Pursuing Bachelors/Academic studies, preferably in Business Administration or HR-related fields;
- Interest in the Retail Apparel and Fashion industry;
- Ability to deal with confidential information;
- Great time management & organisational skills;
- Fluency in English. Dutch is a plus;
- Available for 6 months and least 32 hours per week.
