ACCIONA, in its industrial business line, is looking for a site manager for energy transmission and distribution projects in the Netherlands. Descripción del puesto Mission:
Technical management with Client and external engineering companies of the T&D Engineering area.
Functions:
This position is key to successfully completing any project or program Acciona is undertaking. Their daily responsibilities include aligning projects with business objectives, constructing detailed work plans, managing teams, achieving milestones, and communicating the results to stakeholders.

Is accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. All of this takes place within the framework of achieving Accionas goals and achieving their vision.

The main duties for are:

• Ensure project is delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
• Lead the initiation and planning of the project and ensure technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders.
• Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
• Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
• Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

• Communication: Must be effective communicators to convey ideas, expectations, and information to their team, stakeholders, and clients.
• Leadership: Need to be able to lead their team to success by providing clear direction, motivation, and support.
• Organization: Must be highly organized to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously.
• Time management: Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
• Risk management: Must be able to identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate them before they can negatively impact the project.
• Budget management: Need to be able to manage project budgets and make informed decisions to ensure the project stays within budget.
• Problem-solving: Must quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during a project.
• Adaptability: Must be adaptable and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on track.
• Teamwork: Must be able to work collaboratively with their team to achieve project goals.
• Technical expertise: Must have a good understanding of the technical aspects of the project and be able to communicate effectively with technical team members.

Requisitos del candidato Academic training / Degree:
Engineers, preferably industrial with training in the electrical or energy area.
Formación complementaria
Languages / Level:
English level B2 minimum required.
Dutch desirable.
Spanish desirable.
Years of experience required:
5 years experience minimum required.
Required Areas of Experience:
Electricity, Construction, industry.
Travel availability required:
Availability to live in Netherland and travel locally.
