About the job

In your future role as “ TA Planner” you will

• Adequate safety leadership through active application of the Stop Principle and engaging in constructive (safety) dialogue with peers and employees on the shop floor and strict compliance and adherence to Nouryon’s Life Saving rules
• Providing detailed job plans that ensure safe and efficient execution of all maintenance jobs. This includes assessments in the field.
• Writing MOCs, if new materials are required for job completion
• Secures compliance with applicable Nouryon policies, guidelines, processes, methodologies, working methods and systems
• Continuously drive and execute maintenance process improvements to increase overall maintenance effectiveness and efficiency

We believe you bring

• MBO+ level
• Strong experience (indication 5-10 years)
• Dutch language on a fluent leve

Result driven, problem solver and good communication skills.
