What are you going to do

As a Dutch speaking Expert Real Estate of the Circle Property Data & Valuations at ING Business Banking, you are responsible for the quality control on valuations performed for ING Business Banking, as well as the building inspections for all construction projects.

From our office in Amsterdam you and your CST work closely with lending specialists, relationship managers and other specialists. By working closely together, our front office colleagues are able to service the real estate clients of ING. You also contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.

Your team works hybrid! On Mondays everyone works onsite the Amsterdam office, this is designed to have regular catch ups with your team , learn from each other and socialise. Other days you are flexible to work another day onsite the Amsterdam office, or the regional offices in Eindhoven, Zwolle and Rotterdam and of course from home your home office. Your aim is to work at least 2 days onsite per week.

Furthermore, you have/are:

• Current residency in the Netherlands and are fluent in the Dutch and English language (C2)
• Certified valuer at NRVT (“Registertaxateur”)
• HBO or University degree.
• Knowledgeable and analytical authority in the field of real estate
• Knowledge and experience in the real estate sector a must
• Have the personality and communicative skills to interact directly with our internal clients and our external stakeholders like appraisers at various levels, properly assess their needs, and respond in the best way possible with your expertise
• Work well in a team, but you also excel when working independently, always going for gold
