As the initial and final point of contact, your responsibilities will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, offering information, and overseeing administrative duties. With shifts spanning day, evening, and night, youll be instrumental in cultivating a warm atmosphere, consistently surpassing guests expectations. Responsibilities:
  • Check-in and check-out processes, taking ownership to make each guests stay memorable
  • Handling administrative tasks seamlessly throughout your shift
  • Record and action guest feedback to achieve memorable experiences
  • Providing a wow factor with a sparkling personality
We are looking for someone who:
  • Has prior experience in hotel front office roles
  • Is adaptable to flexible shifts on both weekdays and weekends
  • Has excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Dutch is an advantage)
  • Is capable of personally addressing and resolving guest requests and concerns.
