Were excited to present an exceptional opportunity on behalf of our client. They are currently seeking a talented Master Data Associate to join their team and play a pivotal role in instrumental in supporting financial operations while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring secure and efficient global payment transactions on behalf of our clients companies.
  • Acting as the crucial link between our clients entities, suppliers, and financial institutions.
  • Playing a central role in master data management and fraud prevention to enhance data reliability and protect against financial risks.
  • Managing supplier master data to ensure accuracy and compliance with risk norms and deadlines.
  • Overseeing external supplier and intercompany payment processes to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Prioritizing fraud prevention measures to maintain financial security and integrity in payment transactions.
  • Collaborating effectively with stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Actively participating in the introduction of a new global Payment Factory solution for the group companies through project work.

Requirements Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administrative roles demonstrating competency in office management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, showcasing mastery in various applications. SAP/TRAX (FIS Payment Hub) knowledge is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a collaborative international team environment.
