Our facilities have capabilities for frozen, chilled, chocolate, and ambient products. In addition to storage, we offer specialized services such as transportation, blast freezing, order picking, various container handling, tempering and related butter processing, palletizing, cross-docking, bonded warehousing, and more.
We are looking for a HR Business Partner.
Location: Lichtenvoorde, Varsseveld, and Nijkerk (Netherlands)
You are the driving force behind HR policy. This means that on the one hand, you are responsible for providing advisory services at both the organizational and employee levels. On the other hand, you are involved in all operational activities in various HR facets. All this with the goal of supporting employees and managers with the questions and challenges within your field.
Your main responsibilities:
Advise on HR issues at tactical and operational levels.
Act as the HR contact point for employees, answering questions about employment conditions, social security, and pensions.
Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and translate them into practical guidelines.
Implement policies related to employee satisfaction, absenteeism, and employee development.
Guide absenteeism (WvP) and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Develop and implement (individual) programs focused on personal development (POP).
Recruit and select new employees and conduct job interviews.
Maintain contacts with parties such as employment agencies, trade unions, schools, UWV, and other external entities.
Make connections in various situations and engage external professionals (in cases of absenteeism and dismissal).
Implement and optimize (strategic) HR policies and planning.
Solve HR issues and bring structure to processes.
Plan and (administratively) handle recruitment processes.
(Co-)perform payroll and personnel administration (AFAS).
Ensure correct application of laws and regulations (e.g., social legislation, company procedures, employment contracts, and Gatekeeper Improvement Act).
Perform various administrative tasks in HR and insurance.Profile, qualifications, and required skills:
The colleague we are looking for has completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, has several years of relevant work experience, and has sufficient relevant knowledge of laws and regulations. An experienced HR professional who can translate strategic direction into corresponding (policy) plans and actions.
Our new colleague is a real go-getter, can maintain an overview, likes to work independently, is practical and solution-oriented, and has good communication skills (in both Dutch and English, spoken and written). Is not afraid to make adjustments when necessary, is accurate, and can handle confidential information.
Is willing to travel between the different locations (Lichtenvoorde, Varsseveld, and Nijkerk). We work on-site.
Our offer :
You will receive a salary in line with your experience. A permanent contract for 32-40 hours. Good extra benefits (including a pension and a travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer) and 25 vacation days based on a full-time contract.
