P2P specialist

Description
The Purchase-to-Pay specialist is a key member of the P2P process of ensuring invoices are processed and booked in a timely and accurate manner and making payments with diligence. They communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, code, book and match incoming invoices in our purchase-to-pay systems
• Respond to external vendors and internal stakeholders regarding all aspects of the
• Accounts payable process, including processing invoices and payments
• Research information to provide accurate and timely solutions to internal clients and vendors
• Inspect paid and unpaid invoices including cleared payment inquiries and check voiding to maintain accurate files and records according to company standards
• Process employee expenses as part of the vendor payment
• Vendor reconciliation and maintenance of supplier master data
• Participate and take initiative in development opportunities and projects

Qualifications / skills

• MBO level in administration / accountancy
• Relevant working experience, knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central 365, ProQuro is a plus
• Desire to learn and develop professional knowledge and expertise
• Fluent in English. Dutch or French is a plus
• Good level of Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
• Location of work and hours: Voorschoten support office, this is a full-time position
