You will work in the energetic and modern head office in Amsterdam and get the chance to gain international hands-on experience! The content of this internship revolves around working closely with our CPO in HR related projects. You will keep abreast of HR reporting and people analysis, help maintain annual compensation and benefit. Besides these general tasks, the majority of the internship will be structured around these HR projects. These projects could be anything from setting up paternity leave program to engagement projects. It is important to us that you can learn a lot, and also have fun in your work. Think Friday-after-work drinks in the center of Amsterdam, company events and team activities!

Wat zoeken wij?
Besides being flexible, communicative and a good team player, we are looking for the following colleague:
You are pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Applied Psychology (or similar) and can work at least 4 days a week, preferably full-time;
Available from August/September 2024 for at least 5 months;
Good knowledge of English, Dutch is a plus;
You live in Amsterdam (in the area) or are willing to relocate;
You are an analytical and accurate person who is solution-oriented with an attention to detail.
