Over deze functie

Wat ga je doen?

As a Front End BI Developer, you will be responsible for developing intuitive and effective reports and dashboards using Power BI, and optimizing data models to deliver actionable insights.

On a daily basis, you will be involved in developing interactive and clear dashboards and reports in Power BI. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and translate BI reporting requirements into technical solutions. You will also optimize data models according to the STAR model and develop best practices for improving processes.

You will join Stater in a mature team with highly experienced and engaged front and backend developers, supported by consultants with knowledge of both technical products and the market. The dashboards you will work on provide insights into a variety of topics. For example, how different services within Stater perform, how the housing portfolio is structured, and various current developments within the mortgage market. Additionally, you will contribute ideas on how reports can provide as much steering information as possible at a glance to the stakeholders of the development team.


Skills

Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?

You are an experienced front-end BI developer and have earned your stripes in the financial sector and in complex environments. You enjoy working according to the Agile methodology and have a pragmatic approach.

Furthermore, you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience with Power BI, with a proven track record in developing complex reports and dashboards.
  • Thorough knowledge of data modeling, preferably experience with the STAR model.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data transformation, preferably with Informatica.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
