Our fiber optic network expansion in the Netherlands is rapidly accelerating, marking a top priority in KPNs strategic agenda. To strengthen our CRM team within the Fiber domain, we are seeking a experienced individual to join us. In an era where a swift and dependable internet connection is paramount, your contribution can significantly impact our customers experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Dynamics 365 CRM Expert, you will thrive in an engaging work environment where your insights hold significance. We seek an experienced engineer who can elevate our operational framework and engage in collaborative discussions to devise optimal solutions. Your primary focus will be configuring our Dynamics 365 CRM system.

In our CRM team, you play a pivotal role in facilitating the fiber optic network rollout. Without our streamlined systems, residents remain uninformed about the arrival and progress of fiber connectivity. Furthermore, by furnishing a comprehensive 360-degree customer view, we empower our customer service to address inquiries efficiently, eliminating unnecessary redirections. Your expertise as a Dynamics 365 CRM Expert is indispensable in driving these initiatives forward.

  • Bachelors or higher degree in Information Technology (ICT / IT)
  • Proficiency in programming, with a focus on database maintenance and optimization
  • Extensive experience (over 3 years) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile methodologies
  • Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Over 5 years of experience in .NET (C#) development
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript
  • Familiarity with GIT, CICD, and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience in developing web services (API/REST)
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps
  • Effective communication abilities, both technical and functional
  • Capacity to collaborate within a multicultural team, comprised of business professionals and IT developers
  • Hands-on experience in agile/scrum methodologies, including user story creation and slicing
  • Inititial 12 month contract assignment with option to extension
  • Hybrid working (on/off-line in the office)
  • 37 hour work week
  • Full pension according to Dutch temp labor CLA
  • Contract to permanent assignment is possible for this vacancy
  • Bandwidth for a fixed term assignement: €4800 - €6200 gross per month, excl. holiday payments
  • Relocation services available for non-EU candidates
