Summary of Position

We are looking to expand our GRP Laminators for our Advanced Composite Product line. Experience with wet lay-up open mould laminating techniques is required. Applicants should preferably have prior experience working in an industrial environment. There is ability to grow into a Foreman or Supervisor position.

The Job

  • Building composite products in line with the available design criteria, manuals and procedures
  • Oversees that the installation of the projects is done according to HMT standards and the supervisor ensures that process is being followed.
  • Follows safety rules and ensure a safe working environment. Supervise that plant employees follow the rules and correct them if necessary.
  • Makes suggestions for improvement proposals with respect to installation manuals, design and methods based on prior experience, if any
  • Actively participates in the preparation of projects, providing input to the Project Coordinator & Project Manager.

We are looking for

  • VCA Full
  • Leading/Coaching Teams
  • Installation experience on GRP composite/fiberglass products is a plus
  • Composite Product Knowledge / know will be considered as a plus
  • Working on height
  • Flexibility to travel abroad and enthusiastic work ethic.
