Revenue Operations Analyst

Adyen is looking for a regional analyst to join the Revenue Operations - Global Performance team. This person will be the go-to person for commercial performance insights on the EMEA region.

Youll work closely with the EMEA regional commercial leadership team, providing them with proactive insights and reactively supporting their requests. Partnering with a regional operations lead (ROO), you will ensure your insights are translated into actionable initiatives in the region.

What youll do:

• Collaborate with other regional and function analyst to define annual goals for the commercial teams in your region
• Prepare and deliver QBRs and MBRs to drive visibility on progress towards commercial goals and identify opportunities for improvement and risks to performance
• Delivering ad-hoc data driven analyses that enable informed strategic decision-making
• As part of the Revenue Operations Analytics team you will co-create a scalable insights landscape for the business
• Work closely with the functional analytics team to incorporate global functional KPIs and insights in your work
• Support with global analytics initiatives and the development of the team structures (ways of working)

Who you are:

• 4+ years of experience as commercial analyst or in another analytical role in a commercial environment
• Have successfully translated user requirements into effective solutions
• You have experience delivering analytical projects from beginning to end
• You have the skills to convert analytical insights into business recommendation
• You are experienced in in telling compelling and actionable data driven narratives
• You have strong business knowledge of the region you support and the curiosity to understand the full executional operations
