The Procurement excellence manager is responsible for the procurement excellence strategy and action plan. Making sure Frieslandcampina Procurement remains at or beyond benchmark. He/She acts as a change/transformation leader on innovation, process, tools and focusses on continuous improvement within the department.Wat we vragen
Candidate requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience specifically in the field of Procurement excellence, project management or driving continuous improvement
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)

The Procurement excellence manager reports to the Procurement Director Center of Excellence and collaborates closely with other excellence mangers. The main responsibilities are:
- Generate and maintain roadmap
- Project/program management.
- Makes sure the right governance and priorities are in place.
- Manages key cross-functional stakeholders around the procurement excellence plans and priorities.
Accountabilities
- Procurement excellence roadmap delivery and implementation.
- Global Process Ownership
- Project/program governance
- Procurement application landscape mgmt. with IT and product ownership for procurement applications (Coupa, Supplier connect, Sirius cost price modelling, advanced sourcing tools like Ariba and Keelvar).
- Support Quality and Compliance for Procurement.
- Project management & execution
- Procurement training, campus
