For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Program Manager/Feature Engineer (data management, cloud migration).

Feature Engineer OnePAM NextG

The global Party- and Agreement Management system -OnePAM- is the application that sits at the heart of our client. It offers a way of managing customers, the product agreements they have with the client and how they can interact with them. OnePAM powers all of the clients channels and customer processes world-wide. All of our clients entities, including retail countries, are using OnePAM and its APIs are invoked millions of times a day.

Our client is looking for a Feature Engineer to bring OnePAM to the cloud.

We are looking for a feature engineer to deliver the NextGen version of OnePAM. NextGen will be running in the public cloud and will offer the same functionalities as the current system with the added benefits of scale and instantiation as offered by the cloud.

This is what you will do

Your responsibilities are facilitating the on time delivery of the NextGen solution by the various OnePAM squads. These consist of several dedicated squads combined with the feature- and platform squads that will need to support the delivery.

The first user of OnePAM NextGen is Australia. They will start with connecting their mobile app, after which many processes will follow.

Dealing with all these stakeholders comes natural to you. You drive change by giving direction in complex changes, connecting squads and tribes, organize the work, applying focus and acceleration to meet deadlines and find improvements for better results the next time.

At the same time OnePAM continues to develop, new features are added every sprint. As feature engineer you play a crucial role in ensuring these features can run in the original and NextGen version of OnePAM.

Furthermore, you will:

• Ensuring design and delivery of customer data services, in cooperation with squads, other tribes in alignment with many stakeholders.
• Work together with the product owners, architects and engineers of the Tribe to deliver the NextGen service.
• Connect the various tribes and squads involved in order to create focus enabling the tribes and squads to organise their work and set the right priorities.
• Managing the dependencies and impediments of the delivery, mitigating risks are the backbone of your job.
• Business information and process analysis, gathering and validating with business and IT stakeholders.
• Bring transparency, manage dependencies and risks, facilitate decision making, deal with impediments, manage and engage stakeholders.

What you will need:

• A master degree
• Consulting skills, engaging for delivering results
• Experience with data management
• Ability to successfully manage projects and programs (from initiation and designing the outcomes (in close collaboration with tribe leads, architects and squads) to embedding the outcomes.
• High resilience, the ability to deal with ambiguity and manage complexity
• Proactive, a can-do mentality, a positive mind-set and organisational sensitivity
• Be able to communicate with business and IT people on various levels
• A good general knowledge of the banking industry and banking products and processes
• Familiarity with high criticality systems and IT platforms.
• Clear communication and prioritization skills to manage the expectations of several stakeholders. Communicating a change of plans or a different expectation does not keep you up at night.
• Team player with good communication and documentation skills and a proactive attitude
• Experience with working in an agile environment
• Fluent Dutch and English language skills, verbally and in writing

This person must coordinate across 13 teams.
