About the vacancy:

Since NewCold is based on a global scale and has numerous sites and offices, it’s essential to have a standardized approach in securing our physical assets. This role is focused on the development and implementation and maintenance of NewColds’ physical security with respect to laws and regulations and specific local requirements.

What will you do?

• Security Management
  Design, implement, and maintain physical security systems such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and alarm systems.
• Risk Assessment
  Conduct thorough risk assessments on our assets to identify vulnerabilities and potential security threats within NewCold. Develop global and local strategies to address identified risks and implement necessary controls to mitigate them.
• Access control
  Implement and manage access control protocols to regulate entry and exit points within NewCold locations. Implement access control measures to prevent unauthorized access and ensure only authorized personnel are permitted entry.
• Monitoring
  Implement monitoring controls to detect any suspicious activity or breaches in our security. Utilize surveillance systems to monitor key areas of NewCold locations and respond promptly to any security incidents.
• Emergency response
  Develop and implement emergency response plans to address risk scenarios, including intrusions, theft, or other emergencies. Coordinate with relevant authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure a adequate and timely response to incidents.
• Training and Awareness
  Provide security training and awareness programs to employees to educate them on security protocols, procedures, and best practices. Foster a culture of security awareness among all personnel to enhance overall security posture.
• Compliance
  Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, standards, and industry best practices. Stay updated on changes in security requirements and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
• Incident Investigation
  Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents or breaches to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Document all security incidents and maintain detailed records for future reference.

Who are we looking for?

You have:

• 5 to 10 years relevant working experience
• Bachelor or Master degree in criminal justice, security management or related field
• CPP, PSP or willing to acquire these
• Profound knowledge of security mtechnology like CCTV, Access control, intrusion detection systems and alarm systems
• Creative & Problem solving
• Flexible & steady
• Analytical
• Willingness to business travel
