Role Description
You will join contribute to the development of new service concepts by creating and updating documentation and other media for field service engineers. Our client’s work environment is often multidisciplinary, with significant contributions from Customer Services, Marketing, and Development teams.
-Ensuring timely delivery of required end-user documentation per project deadlines.
- Adapting drawings to fit our document design templates, converting from .stp to DWG and PDF formats, and making minor modifications.
- Gathering essential information for documentation enhancements from Market and BU to develop service documentation.
- Coaching Customer Services and Development experts to ensure high-quality content creation.
- Proactively organizing document reviews, managing feedback, and securing approval.
- Coordinating document translation, localization, and final delivery.
- Managing the overall documentation delivery and correction project plan.
- Pursuing documentation quality enhancements by soliciting customer feedback and recommending changes.
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering or English language and affinity with technical topics.
-Minimum 5 years of experience is preferred.
-Good communication skills and ability to work across different functional teams and virtual organizations at global level.
-Experience with CAD drawing tools.
- Tools in use: Windchill, ARBOR text, PDF and other conversions, these are the most used.
