HR Officer (Dutch Speaking fulltime)

Join our team as a Dutch Speaking HR Officer and become an integral part of our vibrant workplace We’re looking for a HR professional who’s ready for his next step as a generalist. You’ll be supporting various HR processes and initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

• Spanning from recruitment and onboarding to contractual maintenance
  2. Visa, work permit applications and 30% ruling
  3. Payroll coordination (Prepare payroll on a monthly basis in collaboration with internal and external
  payroll providers, ensuring high data accuracy at all times)
  3. Compensation and benefits
  4. Sickness (Wet verbetering Poortwachter)
  5. Custodian of our HRIS including leave, sickness admin etc.
  6. Keeping up-to-date with local labour law and updating company policies accordingly will also be part
  of your responsibilities.

Requirements:

• You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in mutating Dutch payroll
• Experience in Numbers and BambooHR software
• Knowledge of Dutch labor law
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in an international environment (English)
