To support our fast-growing company, we are looking for Administration Employees to join our Outbound Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, registering and archiving documents related to Outgoing cargos.
  • Maintain data in our ERP system or Excel.
  • Closely communicate with the Planning team and Warehouse team regarding the inventory and departure plan.
  • Receiving drivers and assigning loading ramps to them.
  • Resolving problems and delays in deliveries and communicating with customers in the event of changes in the delivery plan.

Requirements:

  • Quick-learner in computer systems and Excel;
  • Hands-on and precise;
  • Good communication skills in English, written and verbal;
  • Healthy dose of humor to make work fun together.
  • Able to work in shifts (06:00 - 15:00 and 15:00-24:00) including weekends.

Salaris: €2.400,00 - €3.000,00 per maand
