Work with the Global Head of Performance and a globally distributed team to design and improve performance management to drive business results via incentive programs, KPI tracking, continuous feedback and talent development. You will help evolve our key tools, processes and technologies to improve user-centricity and their impact on the business. You will look for opportunities to harness automation and Gen AI to enable new performance frameworks as part of the future of HR at Kraft Heinz.

Whats on the Menu?

• Product Owner of Performance technology, most prominently Goalz, the internal performance software used by over 10,000 employees. Goalz enables performance management and allows users to connect their individual/team contribution to the overall company results and strategy.

• Handle the data related to our performance system, generating insights to inform and influence C-Level partners, shaping Kraft Heinz future performance and reward framework.

• Design and refine our processes, tools and analytics, increasing the efficiency of our performance teams.

• Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms to streamline performance management processes and enhance data accuracy and accessibility.

• Find opportunities to enhance analytics that support the delivery of business results.

• Own the training and provide guidance to user-base and a community of over 100 KPI Owners.

• I have 5+ years in Performance Management, Consulting or Product Management, ideally in a Global environment.

• I have curiosity about performance management and how it can drive business results via incentive programs, KPI tracking, continuous feedback, talent development and PM frameworks such as MBO and OKRs.

• I have a passion for technology and the opportunity to harness new capabilities and innovations.

• I am a Product Owner experience in an Agile/Scrum environment working with remove developers and other third parties.

• I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to break down problems, and bring a structured approach to generate solutions.

• I can build collaborative relationships across different functions, geographies and at all levels of seniority.
