Here at Aquablu, were leading the charge for the new wave in water. With our smart water dispenser, the REFILL+, we provide functional flavored water with added vitamins and minerals - still, sparkling, and chilled, of course - without the excess plastic. Were fearless and ambitious, and although were a young Amsterdam scale-up with tech at our core, were already up there with the big names in businesses and hotels throughout Europe.

This position is 24-40 hours per week, on location at our Amsterdam office. A perfect job for during or after your studies to gain some professional sales experience at a young and fast growing company.

About the job:

• Work closely with Sales Executives to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, inbound inquiries and networking events.
• Take a deep dive into understanding the needs and challenges of our prospects and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Utilize a mix of email, phone calls and social media to connect with potential customers and arrange introductory meetings or product demonstrations.
• Closely track all interactions and lead statuses in our CRM system to ensure our sales efforts are organized and efficient.
• Assist in the development and optimisation of sales processes and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., commercial economics, business administration, marketing, communications).
• Some existing experience in sales; cold calling and lead generation (internship experience counts).
• Communication is your weapon, you feel comfortable talking to different people from different walks of life.
• You approach challenges with a can-do attitude, knowing that every problem is an opportunity to learn and grow.
• Hunter-mentality, you are extremely motivated to expand our products to new clients.
• Mission driven; our mission excites you and gives your daily work a clear purpose.
• You have an eye for detail and stay organized even when things get a little hectic.
• You are fluent in English (Dutch is nice-to-have).
• Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
