Be a hero
  • Leiden en coördineren van Nieuwbouw/Renovatie projecten tussen de 10-50 miljoen
  • Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen, budgetten en kwaliteitseisen
  • Aansturen en motiveren van het projectteam

Bouwstenen voor succes
  • Afgeronde HBO bouwkundige opleiding
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in de bouw
  • Affiniteit met Nieuwbouw/Renovatie projecten tussen de 10-50 miljoen
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Sterk in het plannen en organiseren van werkzaamheden
  • Resultaatgericht en stressbestendig
