The opportunity
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative Aviation to join our team in Tilburg.
On this position you will :
- Act as point of contact for internal- and external customers.
- Inform and report to internal- and external customers regarding customer order/delivery status and shipments.
- Share intelligence gathered with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Internal process coordination: Accuracy on regulations, customs control and invoicing all in accordance to predetermined standards. Contribute to improve forecast accuracy, in accordance with the sales team.
- Retread Production: follow up on repair orders with production scheduling and ensure in time delivery as agreed with your customer. Participate in plant related discussions and or projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Improve services and processes to meet and exceed internal requirements and customerss expectations.
- Build Talents and Teams: Continuously develop individual skills according to development plan. Contribute to projects, Internal and external Audits.
To join our team you will need :
Education:
MBO+ / HBO.
Languages:
- Fluent in English and preferably Dutch
- French can be an advantage but not a requirement
Experience:
- Desired 3-5 years’ experience as Supply Chain coordinator / Customer Service Representative.
- Strong knowledge of SAP system and the Microsoft package is desired.
