Android Developer FSN

As an Android Developer at PostNL, you will develop and improve the Loading and Delivery apps - two essential tools our couriers use daily to ensure efficient and accurate deliveries. You will play a key role in replacing an externally developed app with our own in-house PostNL app, utilizing previous insights and feedback from our couriers to create an optimized experience. You will be responsible for the frontend design, ensuring an intuitive user experience so that our couriers can easily manage route information, package scanning, and essential services like signature and ID verification.

Additionally, you will actively listen to user feedback, translating it into practical functions and improvements. Unit testing and performance optimization are central to your work, ensuring stability and security. You’ll also contribute to the migration to a new cloud environment and the development of new business features that make our operations smarter. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams within PostNL, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing digital innovations that support our delivery services.

Furthermore, you recognise yourself in this:

• At least 2 years of experience designing applications in Kotlin.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and (preferably) GitHub.
• A keen eye for detail and user experience, with enthusiasm for clean, functional UI design.

• Salary between €4,400 and €6,300 gross per month (scale 11) at 37 hours per week. But 32 hours is possible too!
