Would you like to begin a new role that aims to enhance the customer experience for a major shopping app brand? We provide thorough training at our prestigious offices located in the heart of Lisbon, Portugal, to equip you for this role. Following the training, you will work onsite to advise customers by reviewing and annotating data according to established guidelines and criteria. This role focuses solely on data annotation, which involves labeling data in various formats such as video, image, or text. No phone support is required.

What we offer you

· Gross monthly salary: 850 euros

· Language Compliment: 200 euros

· Loyalty Bonus: 1000 euros every 3 months (for as long as you stay with us)

· Holiday Bonus**: 87.50 euros

· Christmas Bonus**: 87.50 euros

· Performance bonus: 120 euros subject to the terms and conditions of the bonus plan from 4th full month production

· No weekends! We operate between Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

· Medical and dental insurance: You are included in our health insurance plan after 6 months of contract

· Holidays: according to the Portuguese law you will be entitled to 22 business days of annual leave, the Portuguese public holidays are applied. In case you work on a Portuguese public holiday, the compensation will be set according to the Portuguese law

· Unfixed term contract of minimum 6 months (1 month probation period), permanent contract offered after 4 years.

· 150-euro net, meal allowance in card.

· 1000-euro gross signing bonus.

Relocation benefits:

· 360-euro net/month, for the first 3 months, to support with the accommodation, we will also support you with finding the accommodation;

· Up to 200-euro gross to expense your first travel to Portugal, reimbursed after 3 months upon evidence of travel ticket

Over a six-month period, taking into account all the bonuses and relocation support mentioned earlier, your average monthly gross income will be €2,000 gross.

What are the skills we are looking for?

· Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in Dutch (C2 level) and English (B2 level).

· Knowledge of and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies.

· A motivated and enthusiastic personality.

· Self-organization, planning and prioritization skills.

· Dependable, reliable, and able to perform duties with minimum supervision.

· Ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors.

· Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress.

· Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations.

· Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly. Familiarity with ticketing systems. Experience with policy work or help resource project management.

· Able to follow guidelines and instructions.
